Please read these terms carefully before submitting a business listing or using Dharm Bharat. They outline the responsibilities, expectations, and policies that govern your experience on our platform.

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in services, platform policies, or legal requirements.
Accuracy of Information
The applicant is responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is true, accurate, and complete to the best of their knowledge. Dharm Bharat reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any listing containing false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
Registration Fee & Pre-Launch Pricing
- The registration fee is valid for one (1) year from the date of approval.
- Introductory pricing is available only during the pre-launch period.
- Dharm Bharat reserves the right to revise registration pricing after launch without prior notice.
- Businesses registered during the pre-launch period will continue to receive the pricing applicable at the time of registration until their current subscription expires.
Lead Generation
Dharm Bharat aims to connect registered businesses with genuine customers through its platform.
- Leads, if generated, will be provided within one (1) year from the registration date.
- If no leads are received during the validity period, Dharm Bharat will refund the registration amount to the same bank account or payment method used for registration, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.
Payment Policy
Registration fees are accepted only through approved digital payment methods including:
- UPI
- Bank Transfer
- Paytm
- Other approved online payment methods
Cash payments are not accepted.
Platform Disclaimer
Dharm Bharat is an online business directory and information platform.
- We facilitate connections between businesses and customers.
- We do not participate in business negotiations, pricing, service delivery, warranties, or contractual agreements.
- Any transaction or business relationship is solely between the customer and the respective business.
Listing Approval
- Submitting a business does not guarantee publication.
- Every listing is reviewed by our team before approval.
- Dharm Bharat reserves the right to approve, reject, request additional verification documents, suspend, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.
Listing Validity & Renewal
Business listings remain active for one (1) year from the date of approval. Continued listing after expiry requires renewal as per the applicable pricing at the time of renewal.
Limitation of Liability
Dharm Bharat shall not be liable for:
- Business losses
- Financial losses
- Customer disputes
- Service quality
- Fraudulent transactions
- Any damages arising from interactions between businesses and customers
Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any listed business.
Changes to Terms
Dharm Bharat reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Dharm Bharat shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi, India.
